GOATS started out as a brainchild, after years in the Auto Glass industry I realized there was no consistency in service, and that craftsmanship had become a lost art. 

Having worked for the big guys, who prioritize volume over quality and claim to be the "authority" of this industry, I saw how customers were treated like a number. A majority of the time they were given overpriced service that just left them disappointed, waiting weeks for an appointment, sitting on hold with a call center, and getting passed from one rep to another.

I've always prided myself on providing the absolute highest quality service around, no matter what position I've been in. Auto Glass is personal work. It takes skill, patience, and pride to do it right. You're not just replacing glass; you're restoring safety and trust in someones prized possesion, their vehicle.

In Arizona in particular, there is no shortage of "Glass Shops" to have your vehicle serviced, and just like anything that means there is no shortage of shortcuts.  With this in mind, what exactly makes the GOATS different from every other company with installers?
